Collecting GLASS BEADS is a poplar hobby with many. These glass beads will delight the most discerning collector. Each glass bead is handcrafted so each is a unique piece that will only increase in value over time. These handmade glass beads are sculpted in two ways. The styles are glass vortex marbles or glass vortex beads and glass implosion marbles or glass implosion beads. With the vortex marbles you wrap colored glass on to a clear rod of glass and spin it out. The implosion marbles are hand blown from hollow tubing. You blow out a bubble and apply color. Then you heat the glass and let it melt in to itself. This is a fascinating process and one that makes the glass beads so desirable.
